Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or IT strategy, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF) and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).

Responsibilities

• Define and document architecture principles, patterns, and standards across business, data, application, and technology domains.
• Establish and manage architecture review processes to ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor healthcare technology trends (e.g., HL7 FHIR, telehealth, AI in diagnostics) and evolve standards accordingly.

Skills

Experience with EA tools – ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Module

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable standards

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field
