Job summary

Humana seeks a Lead Enterprise Architect to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions and roadmaps. You will align Enterprise Architecture with Security Architecture and technology delivery, guiding complex decisions and governance across programs.

You will lead architecture reviews, drive automation, and partner with engineering, product, and security teams to reduce risks and improve compliance while advancing a consistent enterprise tech foundation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
10+ years leading enterprise or solution architecture for large IT initiatives.
Translate business, technology, security and data requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
Strong knowledge of architecture principles, integration patterns, cloud technologies and governance.
Proven experience leading architecture reviews and managing risks and tradeoffs.
Experience partnering across business, architecture, security, engineering, product and delivery teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Integrate Security Architecture into EA governance and onboarding processes.
Establish end-to-end traceability for security reviews, requirements, standards and compliance.
Enable visibility of ISO sign-offs within LeanIX.
Advance Security Requirements as Code to increase automation and consistency.
Partner across EA, Security, engineering and delivery to close gaps.
Provide architectural leadership on complex enterprise technology and security issues.
Drive adoption of architecture standards through roadshows and forums.
