Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to align enterprise architecture with business objectives and technology strategy to deliver measurable value. This strategic leader defines architectures across data, applications, and technology to accelerate speed to market and optimize total cost of ownership.

This role partners with GMPD and technology stakeholders, drives governance and roadmaps, mentors colleagues, and communicates complex concepts clearly to C‑Suite leaders.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in enterprise architecture roles (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with large-scale business/technology transformations in ecommerce, ERP, WMS, Billing.
• Strong understanding of web tech stack (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JS, REST).
• Cloud computing across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS (GCP preferred).
• Data modeling and database design experience.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, PCI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business drivers into architecture requirements and align technology strategy.
• Design next-gen architectures across domains to enable agility and speed to market.
• Develop IT strategies, roadmaps, reference architectures, and governance.
• Build extensible solution architectures and lead cross-team collaboration across business, data, integration, infrastructure, and security.
• Monitor emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on adoption.
• Evaluate solutions considering risk, ROI, schedule, and budget; communicate trade-offs.
• Participate in RFPs, vendor evaluations, and pricing input.
