Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to align enterprise architecture with business objectives and technology strategy in the GMPD area. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to deliver measurable value and accelerate speed to market.

As a strategic technology leader, you will define architecture strategies, drive governance, and enable cross-functional collaboration across business, data, and security teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

4-8 years of enterprise architecture experience, preferably in large-scale transformations.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
Experience delivering large-scale business/technology transformations (eCommerce, ERP, etc.).
Strong understanding of web tech stack (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs).
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred; AWS/Azure).
Knowledge of TOGAF or Zachman frameworks.
Ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with data modeling and governance.

Responsibilities

Translate business drivers into EA requirements and align tech strategy.
Design architectures across business, data, application, and tech domains.
Develop IT strategies and roadmaps; enforce standards and governance.
Lead collaboration among business, data, integration, infrastructure, and security teams.
Monitor emerging technologies and provide thought leadership.
Evaluate solutions for risk, ROI, schedule, and budget.
Participate in RFPs, vendor evaluations, and pricing reviews.
Promote EA processes and create training materials and papers.
Establish guiding principles for decision-making and governance.
