Job summary
Signature Performance is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise-wide architecture initiatives that align healthcare and government needs with secure, scalable, compliant technology solutions. You will partner with executive leadership to establish architecture standards, governance, and roadmaps across FedRAMP, HIPAA, and cloud modernization.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience.
- 7+ years in Enterprise Architecture or related leadership roles.
- Experience with healthcare payer/provider or healthcare tech organizations.
- Proven experience designing FedRAMP-compliant cloud solutions.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud transformation.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, standards, and target-state architecture.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps for healthcare and government-regulated objectives.
- Align technology investments with compliance and operational priorities.
- Lead cloud modernization, hybrid/multi-cloud initiatives, and platform standardization.
- Guide security, risk, and compliance teams to achieve regulatory adherence.
