Job summary
Signature Performance is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise-wide architecture, aligning business goals with secure, scalable technology and advising executive leadership on standards, governance, and roadmaps for healthcare, government requirements, cloud modernization and digital transformation.
You will lead FedRAMP/HIPAA compliance, interoperability initiatives (HL7/FHIR/X12), and guide cloud adoption across Azure and AWS GovCloud while mentoring teams and coordinating
Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years in IT with progressive leadership roles in Enterprise/Solution Architecture and technology strategy.
- Experience designing FedRAMP-compliant cloud solutions and leading regulatory programs (HIPAA, NIST).
- Proven ability to work with executive leadership and drive architecture decisions across healthcare and government domains.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture vision, standards, and target-state architecture.
- Lead cloud adoption, multi-cloud governance, and platform modernization efforts.
- Guide security, privacy, and compliance in architecture designs and roadmaps.
- Mentor and lead Enterprise Architects and Engineering teams.
