Job summary
Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Director, Enterprise Architect within U.S. Patient Support Services.
You will own the technical architecture, data model, and ensure enterprise alignment across patient services, enrollment, benefits, and authorization processes, partnering with business and delivery teams. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience.
- Experience in Life Sciences domain.
- Deep expertise in technology platforms including Salesforce, cloud, DevOps, Agile, AI.
- Understanding of bio-pharma commercialization.
- Proven change management and SDLC experience.
- Strong program/project management.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and data model for patient services.
- Define integration patterns across Salesforce and data platforms.
- Develop guidelines and design principles for development teams.
- Ensure SOX, GxP, privacy and security compliance.
- Lead governance and impact assessments for changes.
- Collaborate with CISO, Legal, and Quality to embed compliance by design.
