Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join the cyber and IT team at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Honolulu, Hawaii. Lead design and delivery of IT solutions for 5,000+ users across the Pacific, shaping resilient architectures for real-time decision-making and strategic command and control.

The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance, DoD background, and expertise in IT security, VDI, cloud platforms, and cross-domain solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years in Enterprise IT Engineering/DoD with complex classified environments.
• DoD 8570 IAT-III compliant certifications.
• Experience with VDI/virtual environments (Citrix, VMware, Azure Cloud/Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of IT security mechanics (Zero-trust, MFA, AD/ADFS, certificates, encryption).
• Proven ability to lead architecture/engineering from design to sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Engineering Team of SMEs in Systems and Networks.
• Oversee architecture/engineering life-cycle from design to sustainment.
• Ensure program milestones, resourcing, and documentation are met.
• Design and deliver Enterprise IT services and architecture for the client.
• Evaluate technology strategy, applications, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate enterprise architecture across technology, data, security, and integration.
• Prepare proposals, LOIs, and solution diagrams with timelines.
