Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect for Military Engines, a remote role. You will own enterprise strategy, create multi-year modernization roadmaps, and align architecture across ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, CLM, and CDP.

You will guide cross-functional programs and define integration frameworks to enable secure, scalable digital ecosystems. You will promote API-first and cloud-native patterns while advising executive leadership on architectural decisions, risks, and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems with 10+ years IT experience, including 7+ years as a senior solution or enterprise architect.
• Proven enterprise architecture thought leadership and long-term roadmapping experience.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs and modern MBSE/MBD approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop enterprise strategy and 3–5 year modernization roadmaps across applications, data, integration, cloud, and business architecture domains.
• Translate business strategies into operational architecture plans for major platforms (ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, CLM, CDP).
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and architecture governance processes.
• Promote API-first, event-driven, and cloud-native patterns to improve interoperability and reuse.
• Define integration frameworks for secure, scalable ecosystems.
