RTX is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect, Military Engines (Remote) to lead enterprise strategy, target-state architectures, and modernization roadmaps across ERP/CRM/PLM and related systems. You will guide cross-functional transformation and establish architecture standards while mentoring teams and advising executives.

The role requires advanced knowledge of MBSE/MBE, cloud-native patterns, and API governance, with strong communication skills and experience in large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in enterprise architecture and thought leadership.
• Experience creating long-term roadmaps and leading large digital programs.
• Knowledge of MBSE, MBD, and MBSD concepts.
• Experience with cloud-native designs and API governance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise strategy and 3–5 year modernization roadmaps.
• Translate business strategies into operational architecture plans.
• Lead architecture governance, standards, and patterns.
• Promote API-first, event-driven, cloud-native patterns.
• Mentor architects and build communities of practice.
• Advise executives on architecture decisions and investments.
