Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems with 10+ IT experience; 7+ years as senior architect; advanced degree accepts
• Experience leading enterprise architecture roadmaps and large digital transformations
• Knowledge of MBSE or model-based design and related manufacturing/inspection methods
• Experience implementing global architecture processes, governance, and standards
• Strong expertise in modern architecture frameworks, cloud-native designs, and product-aligned delivery

Responsibilities

• Own and develop enterprise strategy, target-state architectures, and 3–5 year modernization roadmaps across applications, data, integration, cloud, and business architecture
• Translate strategies into operational architecture plans for ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, and related systems
• Guide cross-functional transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with long-term technology direction
• Define and implement enterprise architecture methodologies, standards, and governance
• Promote API-first, event-driven, cloud-native patterns to improve interoperability and integration velocity
• Lead executive communications on architecture decisions, risks, and investments
