Job summary

Lead in architecture roadmaps, reduce technical debt, and champion application rationalization while mentoring less experienced team members. Requires extensive healthcare payer industry experience and top-tier certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or closely related field is required.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead to provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing business processes, functions and organizational structures.
• Specify and design large or complex systems, networks, infrastructure elements, or processes and ensure effective design standards and tool usage.
• Produce detailed component requirements and translate into detailed solutions/designs for implementation.
• Establish and communicate functional/non-functional requirements of system users and environments.
• Lead the resolution of architecture and business problems for highly complex project initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and manage customer/partner expectations.
• Participate in customer walkthroughs, design reviews, and problem resolution decisions.
• Interact with departments across the organization to interpret highly complex requirements.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge and provide expert advice in area of expertise and mentor peers.
