Job summary

Artha Nexgen is seeking an AI / Generative AI Architect to design enterprise-grade, compliant AI platforms, focusing on scalable, auditable AI architectures for intelligent search, virtual assistants, and personalized engagement using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI.

You will integrate with CRM systems, ensure data privacy and healthcare compliance, and lead deterministic AI behavior across distributed microservices in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of software/solution architecture experience.
• 5+ years in AI/ML systems; 2–3 years in Generative AI & LLMs.
• Hands-on with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud architectures.
• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen.
• Proven ability to design auditable, compliant AI platforms for healthcare data privacy.

This role focuses on building scalable, auditable, and secure AI architectures that support intelligent search, virtual assistants, and personalized engagement systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Generative AI solutions using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Design semantic search and NLP architectures supporting multilingual inputs and open-text queries.
• Build agentic AI architectures with orchestration frameworks and human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Define deterministic, traceable, and auditable AI behavior patterns.
• Design architectures for virtual assistants, intent recognition, recommendation systems, and personalized engagement.
• Establish integration patterns with CRM systems and third-party data sources.
• Ensure AI solutions meet healthcare compliance, data privacy, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10-12 years of experience in software / solution architecture
• 5+ years in AI/ML systems and 2-3 years in Generative AI & LLMs
• Experience with Azure AI Search, semantic search, NLP, and recommendation systems
