Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Applications to lead complex technology initiatives across ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, and data. You will drive governance, coordinate IT and business stakeholders, manage scope, budget and schedule, and ensure on-time delivery through matrix teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Seven+ years of progressively responsible experience managing technology projects.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments, vendors, and senior leaders.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, practices, and tools.
• Ability to lead without direct reporting authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Preferred: PMP certification and experience with Agile/hybrid methods.
• Experience with enterprise applications, ERP, cybersecurity, integrations, data, or construction tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide technology projects from initiation to closeout.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, and success criteria.
• Coordinate IT and business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and communicate status to leadership.
• Ensure governance, decision-making, and accountability across teams.
• Oversee vendor proposals, contracts, and expenditures.
• Lead technology implementations across ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and construction tech.
