Job summary

McGough, a leading construction partner in Minnesota, seeks a Senior Project Manager for Enterprise Applications to drive complex software lifecycle initiatives across the portfolio. You will coordinate upgrades, integrations, and significant enhancements with IT, business leaders, and external partners to deliver solutions.

This role requires managing diverse initiatives, aligning with executives, and guiding project governance and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide technology projects from initiation and planning through implementation, stabilization, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that define scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Establish project governance, roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and communication expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of IT professionals, business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and other partners.
• Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams to maintain alignment and effectively manage dependencies.
• Monitor project performance and address issues affecting scope, schedule, budget, quality, or business outcomes.
• Manage project changes and ensure impacts on scope, schedule, resources, costs, and business operations are evaluated and communicated.
• Establish accountability across project teams and escalate significant risks and issues.
• Ensure projects transition to ongoing operational support.
• Lead project closeout activities and document lessons learned.
