Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. (Mitsubishi Power) is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator in Florida to lead the administration, configuration, and support of enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Adobe AEM, and related tools.

You will drive secure, reliable performance and a strong user experience across teams. The role requires hands‑on expertise, problem solving, and proactive system ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise application administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Experience with identity and access management.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments for security and performance.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls securely.
• Configure SharePoint sites and manage permissions.
• Administer Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets for Enterprise Applications.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
