OOFOS, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Applications Lead to drive strategy, governance, and optimization of the company’s enterprise application portfolio.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, and Operations to enable scalable growth and improved data quality. The role extends beyond ERP to own the business application ecosystem, including NetSuite, Shopify integration, PLM, PIM, and HRIS, while delivering technology capabilities that enhance efficiency and user

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years' experience supporting and optimizing enterprise business applications.
• 3+ years' hands-on NetSuite administration and ERP ownership; certification preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise application strategies and roadmaps to support growth.
• Experience with Shopify, Celigo, APIs, EDI, and SaaS integrations.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, and Product Development processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise application strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for NetSuite and related systems.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into scalable tech capabilities.
• Lead release planning, governance, testing, and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement to data quality, automation, and user experience across ERP/enterprise apps.
• Own integrations between NetSuite, Shopify, EDI, and other platforms, ensuring secure, scalable data flow.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners; oversee licenses and SLAs.
• Champion adoption of enterprise applications and align tech with business priorities.
