Job summary

ALOM, a global supplier of optimized product delivery strategies, seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications, to lead a team of developers and engineers supporting enterprise business applications.

Reporting to IT leadership, you will shape strategy, drive architectural decisions, and partner across Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Technology to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing or implementing business applications in supply chain or manufacturing
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering results
• Experience with ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, VMS, CRM, SCM, OMS or similar systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–8 developers and engineers
• Oversee application design, configuration, maintenance, and delivery
• Set architecture strategies aligned with business needs
• Manage budgets, headcount, KPIs, and project estimates
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver tech solutions
• Ensure SOC 2 Type II and ISO 14001 compliance
