Job summary

You will partner with business owners, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and drive improvements across interfaces with ERP, HRIS, and data warehouses, enabling trusted data and self-service reporting.

Bachelor's in CS or related field, 3+ years IT experience, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years professional IT experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical peers.
• Experience managing or working on technical projects and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day application system operations for assigned business systems (availability, performance, usability).
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests in ServiceNow with timely updates and prioritization.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and vendor escalations for complex issues.
• Act as primary escalation and advisory support for users on system functionality, analytics, and data quality.
