Job summary

TaylorMade seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst to support Oracle Procurement across global operations. You will provide functional expertise for Procure-to-Pay, drive process improvements, and align ERP capabilities with strategic objectives.

You will implement upgrades, automation, and cloud migration planning, working with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery and system adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience in enterprise application implementation and support.
• Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL; familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus.
• Experience or training in ITIL; Agile/Scrum experience.
• Track record of implementing key projects supporting mid-to-large-scale Oracle ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Procurement, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring uninterrupted requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier management operations.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Procurement setups, including organizational structures, AME, document types, supplier configurations, item and category hierarchies, iProcurement, and profile options.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using Oracle AIM methodology, and translate them into detailed functional specifications for development.
• Evaluate existing business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend Oracle standard solutions that deliver measurable business value, including cost savings, efficiency improvements, and ROI.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute functional, SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities; perform root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle EBS Procurement and third-party applications, including EDI, supplier portals, and cash application systems.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process documentation, training materials, and end-user guides to support system adoption and operational excellence.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to drive continuous process improvements, system enhancements, and successful project delivery.

The Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst, Procurement supports the evolution, implementation, and integrity of TaylorMade's Oracle ERP solutions across global procurement and supply chain operations. This role provides functional expertise and day-to-day operational support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, while partnering with business stakeholders to drive measurable process improvement and align system capabilities with strategic objectives. The analyst supports enterprise initiatives including system upgrades, automation, and cloud migration planning.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Procurement, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring uninterrupted requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier management operations.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Procurement setups, including organizational structures, Approval Management Engine (AME), document types, supplier configurations, item and category hierarchies, iProcurement, and profile options.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using Oracle AIM methodology, and translate them into detailed functional specifications for development.
• Evaluate existing business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend Oracle standard solutions that deliver measurable business value, including cost savings, efficiency improvements, and return on investment (ROI).
• Develop, coordinate, and execute functional, system integration (SIT), user acceptance (UAT), and regression testing activities; perform root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle EBS Procurement and third-party applications, including EDI, supplier portals, and cash application systems.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process documentation, training materials, and end-user guides to support system adoption and operational excellence.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Deep functional expertise across Oracle EBS P2P modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal, Cost Management, Inventory, and Receiving.
• Functional understanding of RICEW object design and Procurement-adjacent integration architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and collaborate across IT and business teams.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and their responsible use in daily work.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience in enterprise application implementation and support
• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS 12.2 Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain processes
• SQL/PL-SQL preferred; Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure a plus.
• Experience or training in ITIL preferred; experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Track record of implementing key projects supporting mid-to-large-scale Oracle ERP environments
