Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to clarify requirements and design complete solutions.
• Map relationships, data responsibilities, and integration points across systems.
• Assess software and SaaS options to meet business needs while prioritizing standard functionality.
• Develop architecture diagrams and document interfaces, decisions, and risks.
• Guide developers, vendors, and project teams during design, testing, rollout, and post‑launch support.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
