The role combines people leadership with deep technical acumen, partnering with commercial, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to drive scalable, governable analytics that support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, computer science, MIS or related field.
8+ years in BI, analytics, enterprise reporting, or data engineering.
3+ years leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
Experience delivering enterprise BI and data solutions end-to-end.
Ability to coach teams and drive engineering-oriented practices.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team of analytics and reporting developers and data engineers.
Set priorities, manage performance, and support staff development.
Guide development of dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and data models.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
Establish governance, standards, and lifecycle management for reporting assets.
Oversee Tableau, Epic Clarity, and Databricks implementations and optimization.
