Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking an AI Solutions Architect in Norwalk, CT to lead the enterprise AI architecture vision and governance. You will design scalable patterns for generative AI, ML, and conversational AI, and connect AI products with enterprise data platforms and apps.

Collaborate with AI teams, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant solutions. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in systems/solution architecture or equivalent.
• Experience directing enterprise-wide technology and architectural guidance.
• Experience designing AI-powered, generative AI, ML, or conversational AI architectures.
• Familiarity with large language model deployment patterns.
• Experience integrating conversational AI with enterprise apps and data.
• Expertise in API architecture, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong data architecture knowledge including privacy and governance.
• Proficient in cloud AI, data, and integration services.
• Understanding of scalability, security, and observability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Create the overall technical vision and architecture for enterprise AI solutions that address business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation of the AI technology ecosystem, architecture, integrations, data flows, and platform dependencies.
• Define scalable and secure architecture patterns for generative AI, large language models, ML, conversational AI, and related enterprise services.
• Design API and integration architectures connecting AI products with enterprise applications, data platforms, and third-party services.
• Define data architecture requirements for AI solutions including access, movement, quality, lineage, privacy, and governance.
• Establish architectural patterns for LLM deployment, model services, retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, inference, and prompt management.
• Provide architectural guidance for integrating conversational AI platforms with digital channels, enterprise systems, and customer data.
• Collaborate with AI product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide architecture oversight for multiple AI initiatives and ensure alignment with standards and roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, model services, and reusable enterprise capabilities.
• Research emerging AI technologies and propose long-range architecture strategies.
