AXIS Capital seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to design, secure, and operate AI-enabled security capabilities. You will deploy AI agents, govern risk, and enforce data protection across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Copilot platforms.

You will build governance practices, manage data leakage risk, and drive security across enterprise AI workflows. A strong background in data protection and cross-functional leadership is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or security engineering.
• Proven experience designing and securing enterprise AI platforms (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry).
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft security and compliance ecosystems (Purview, 365, Azure, Entra ID).
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategy, labeling, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives and drive architecture decisions.
• Strong development and automation capabilities including secure API integration and CI/CD.
