AXIS Capital is seeking a senior security engineering leader to design and operationalize secure AI capabilities within risk and security operations. You will build AI-powered security agents, govern enterprise AI platforms, and implement robust data protection across Microsoft ecosystems.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, and Security teams. A strong background in data protection, DLP, and zero-trust is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or security engineering.
• Proven experience designing and securing enterprise AI platforms (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry).
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft security ecosystems (Purview, 365, Azure, Entra).
• Strong data protection, DLP, and insider risk management capabilities.

• Design, develop, and operationalize secure agentic AI capabilities in risk & security operations.
• Ensure responsible and secure use of AI across risk & security operations.
• Implement and manage data protection controls for AI and enterprise data.
• Secure AI agents, automation, and data flows with strong access controls and zero-trust principles.
• Operational monitoring, detection, and response, including SIEM/XDR integration.
