Brooksource is seeking an IT Program Delivery Lead for a Fortune 50 Health Insurance client. The role focuses on delivering strategic AI products, reusable platform capabilities, and cross-functional technology initiatives within Enterprise AI.

You will partner with Enterprise AI leadership, Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to drive execution, governance, dependencies, and alignment to business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering programs in complex organizations.
• Experience with AI, data, automation projects.
• Proven stakeholder management and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional programs from planning through delivery.
• Establish delivery strategies, governance, and execution rhythms.
• Advise senior stakeholders and manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate workstreams to align with business objectives.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Communicate status and decisions to Directors and VPs.
