Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer in Irving, TX to provide hands-on technical leadership for the architecture, integration, and governance of enterprise AI engineering platforms.

You will drive AI-enabled transformation across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations. The role requires seasoned engineering leadership with experience integrating AI coding assistants, MCP services, and DevSecOps automation, while ensuring security,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership driving enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior leadership on complex AI engineering and platform decisions.
• Lead the evolution of enterprise AI enablement patterns across SaaS, cloud, desktop, and on‑prem environments.
• Define MCP patterns, MCP gateways, and enterprise tooling interoperability.
• Provide hands‑on leadership for solution design, integration, and operationalization.
• Mentor engineers and influence architecture standards across multiple teams.
