T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Enterprise AI to design, build, and scale AI-powered applications and platforms for the enterprise.

You will work across the full software lifecycle, from architecture to deployment and operations, collaborating with product, engineering, and platform teams. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience in software/AI engineering, with hands-on experience in enterprise AI, AI governance, security, and cross-system integrations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML or enterprise software engineering.
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications or platforms.
• Experience developing AI-enabled apps and LLM-powered solutions.
• Experience designing or integrating distributed systems and APIs.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams to deliver production solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise AI apps and autonomous agents.
• Build RAG pipelines and semantic search integrated with enterprise data sources.
• Develop scalable integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Databricks, GitLab, Atlassian.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable AI solutions in production.
• Apply software engineering principles across CI/CD, observability, testing, and ops.
• Utilize AI development tools to prototype and improve workflows.
• Contribute to AI governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech to enhance platform capabilities.
• Participate in architectural reviews and engineering best practices.
• Support a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
