Qualifications

• Enterprise AI delivery experience in a large organization with platform rollouts and adoption.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI output evaluation, guardrails and governance.
• Awareness of agent interoperability standards and MCP-based integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Process mapping (BPMN) and comfort with data analysis (SQL, dashboards).
• Experience with change management, user enablement, and training program design.
• Stakeholder and vendor management across multiple groups.
• Experience in higher education or decentralized environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation and gathering of business and system requirements.
• Analyze, design and implement complex management information systems.
• Lead efforts to ensure information systems support the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Manage requirements for related systems projects with client satisfaction.
• Coordinate projects to evaluate automation opportunities and feasibility of changes.
• Analyze new business requirements and work with developers to implement.
• Develop system designs and document input/output requirements.
• Plan training for users of business systems.
• Manage external vendor or partner relationships.
