Job summary
Stanfordlivetickets is seeking a senior analyst for its Enterprise Technology AI Catalyst team. This role connects business stakeholders with engineering to shape and document requirements for AI and GenAI initiatives, translating ambiguous needs into clear, buildable specifications and guiding delivery across enterprise platform rollouts.
You will not build models, but you will scope feasible use cases, set expectations, write strong requirements, and guide solutions through delivery, testing,
Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI/GenAI projects in large, complex organizations.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation of AI outputs, and guardrails.
- Awareness of agent interoperability standards and MCP-based integrations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet.
- Process mapping (BPMN) and comfort with data analysis (SQL, dashboards).
- Experience with change management and user enablement/training design.
- Coordination across multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
- Experience in higher education or similarly decentralized environments.
