Siemens Intelligence Center X seeks a Solution Architect to lead technical engagements, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures. You will govern end‑to‑end designs across Siemens products and customer environments, guiding teams from discovery through deployment and operations.

You’ll drive architecture governance, address non‑functional requirements, and steer multi‑disciplinary delivery while maintaining customer alignment and governance across releases.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution definition from discovery to operations.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, and integrations.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, and executive storytelling.
• Willingness to travel across customer locations/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to capture processes, data, and success metrics.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture and governance across teams and products.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical direction to consultants, data/AI specialists, and partners.
• Decompose work into implementable packages with clear estimates and sequencing.
• Coordinate across build, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor teams and ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability needs.
