T. Rowe Price, a premier global asset management firm, seeks a Senior Enterprise AI Data Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise data and AI architectures.

The role combines hands-on development with strategic architecture leadership across ingestion, transformation, and deployment, leveraging cloud data platforms and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will guide implementation patterns, ensure scalability and security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in data, platform, or solution architecture, including enterprise-scale cloud data and AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, ML, or advanced analytics, including at least one end-to-end production use case.
• Strong experience with AWS and Snowflake, including governance for data access, analytics, and AI integration; Bedrock and Cortex experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, ingestion, transformation, semantic modeling, metadata, lineage, governance, and deployment patterns.
• Strong programming skills (Python or similar), APIs, orchestration, CI/CD, IaC, and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence decisions across teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of enterprise data and AI solutions from concept to production.
• Define end-to-end patterns for data ingestion, transformation, semantic modeling, retrieval, orchestration, and deployment.
• Create prototypes to validate decisions and accelerate adoption of new data and AI capabilities.
• Establish reusable patterns for workflows using cloud-native and enterprise platforms.
• Design and guide integration of AI with enterprise apps, APIs, and data platforms like Snowflake.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and supportable implementations.
• Set standards for metadata, lineage, governance, observability, and lifecycle management across data/AI solutions.
• Evaluate tools and approaches to align with enterprise strategy and business needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align architecture, platform capabilities, and delivery roadmaps.
