PTC Inc is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Control Plane Engineer to set up, manage, and operate our governance layer for AI agents and MCP servers. You will work with stakeholders across architecture, security, and platform teams to implement secure gateway configurations and scalable governance.

The role emphasizes API governance, authentication patterns, observability, and lifecycle management across enterprise platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in enterprise integration, API mgmt, platform/cloud engineering.
• Strong knowledge of API gateways, governance, security, lifecycle and observability.
• Experience with authentication/access control patterns (OAuth, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, SSO).
• Able to communicate governance concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting production platforms and creating runbooks/documentation.

Aufgaben

• Configure and operate the Enterprise AI Control Plane including MCP and LLM gateways.
• Onboard internal/vendor MCP servers via a common gateway for secure agent access.
• Define governance patterns for AI agents, MCP tools, model access, and logging.
• Collaborate with security/architecture on authentication, authorization, audit logging, and policy enforcement.
• Build dashboards/reports for agent usage, MCP tool usage, and policy violations.
• Create onboarding guides, standards, and runbooks for AI agent integrations.
