Job summary

GA-EMS is seeking a Principal Systems Architect to lead the technical direction of enterprise digital transformation. You will bridge GenAI, ML, and RPA with critical business operations, modernizing workflows across programs, manufacturing, QA, and finance in a secure DoD-aligned cloud environment.

The role requires a strong systems thinker with extensive experience in AI/automation architecture, able to own system design end-to-end and communicate ROI to executive leadership, including the COO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field; 14+ years progressive architecture experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance.
• Experience architecting Intelligent Automation (RPA) and ML/AI across enterprise lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture for enterprise automation across RPA, ML, and GenAI.
• Design data pipelines integrating ERP (SAP), QMS, PowerBI, PLM tools like Windchill.
• Lead automated workflows, ECP routing, QA defect prediction, and DevSecOps monitoring.
• Ensure DoD data protection standards, CMMC, and Zero Trust alignment.
• Present strategies and ROI metrics to COO and executives.
