Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior AI/automation architect to lead the design of a high-impact, secure automation ecosystem supporting DoD and commercial programs. You will own system architecture from concept to deployment, balancing technical depth with business ROI across data pipelines, ML workflows, and GenAI integrations.

The role requires DoD clearance eligibility, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex technology into actionable business outcomes for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearance
• Significant experience in Intelligent Automation and ML/AI
• Deep data integration across SAP, PLM, QMS and ERP systems
• Security-focused design of AI/data pipelines in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall technical architecture of a complex enterprise automation ecosystem.
• Architect data pipelines integrating ERP, QMS, PLM tools and reporting systems.
• Provide technical leadership to automate complex workflows and DevSecOps practices.
• Own end-to-end system cybersecurity ensuring compliance with DoD standards and Zero Trust.
• Present strategies and ROI metrics to executive leadership including COO.
• Mentor engineering teams and strengthen the digital engineering bench across GA-EMS.
