Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Principal AI Architect and Governance to be the senior technical authority on enterprise AI platform design and governance.

You will define architectures, standards, and guardrails, working with engineers, security, legal, and data leaders to ensure secure, scalable AI systems aligned with business priorities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years in software/architecture roles with enterprise AI/data platform experience.
• Experience designing and governing AI systems in production (LLMs, agents, ML pipelines).
• Deep expertise in governance, risk, security, and compliance for AI.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture and governance standards.
• Evaluate AI platforms, models, and cloud services with cost, security, and performance analysis.
• Provide design reviews, reusable patterns, and governance guardrails for teams.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Data teams on regulatory alignment.
• Mentor engineers on architectural guidelines and cross-team standards.
• Communicate architecture decisions clearly to executives and stakeholders.
