Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires a strong enterprise AI/ML systems background and security-conscious design.
• Experience architecting and deploying cloud-native AI solutions at scale.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern enterprise AI architectures aligned with mission objectives.
• Lead AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM development and integration efforts.
• Define standards for AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate across software, data, cybersecurity, and stakeholders throughout SDLC.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, ethical AI, and regulations.
• Develop roadmaps and strategies for AI modernization programs.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
• Oversee cloud deployments on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Mentor engineers, architects, and data scientists.
• Support proposals with technical solutions and architecture diagrams.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders on AI strategy and plans.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for projects.
• Prepare technical briefs and architecture artifacts for leadership.
