Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Manager, Agent Architecture to lead and grow a team of Agent Architects. You will hire, coach, set goals, and own the quality of every AI Agent shipped, with hands-on involvement in live customer engagements.

In this role you will align capacity with priorities, represent the team to Sales, Product, Engineering, and customers, and drive scalable, high-impact conversational experiences grounded in real user needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in AI/agent design and delivery.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end agent projects.
• Experience with enterprise customers and high-stakes engagements.
• Strong prompt engineering and conversation design background.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring for Agent Architect roles and coach team members.
• Set goals, OKRs, and manage capacity across engagements.
• Guide customers through AI Agent implementations end-to-end.
• Define quality standards and document best practices.
