Lightmatter, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to own major customer accounts and drive the full sales cycle from engagement through closure. You will be the voice of the customer to leadership and work cross-functionally to deliver value.

The role requires deep knowledge of AI data center workloads, strong communication skills, and a proven track record closing large, complex deals with enterprise customers. Hybrid/onsite work is available in Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in semiconductor or datacenter sales/Account Mgmt.
• Bachelor's in engineering/computer science or related field.
• Strong ability to explain complex solutions to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with executives to engineers.
• Communicate customer needs to Lightmatter product teams.
• Voice the customer to internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Identify and close net-new opportunities and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and report to leadership.
• Lead negotiations and close complex enterprise deals.
