Achievement First Network Support is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enrollment & Compliance Data to join the Systems & Data team. This hybrid role blends data analysis, enrollment reporting, and compliance duties across CT, NY, and RI.

You will own enrollment data accuracy in SIS, build dashboards in Tableau, write SQL queries, and support audits with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate has a BA and at least 3 years in data/compliance, experience with FERPA and state enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, compliance or enrollment management.
• Experience in the K-12 education sector or a mission-driven organization is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity and accuracy of enrollment data across SIS, ensuring records reflect current enrollment status, lottery outcomes, and waitlist positioning.
• Audit, clean, and reconcile enrollment data on a regular cadence with school-based enrollment and operations teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau) giving real-time visibility into enrollment trends, seats available, and waitlist movement.
• Lead or support compliance submissions to state departments of education and authorizers across CT, NY, and RI.
