The Cigna Group's Payer Solutions Operations is seeking an Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative. You will provide billing and collections support for a portfolio of accounts, reconcile group accounts, prepare invoices, and resolve delinquency issues.

This role requires strong Excel and 10-key skills, experience with relevant systems like SAP and Genasys, and you will also support cash and census processing.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years work experience in billing, accounting, or collections role.
• Proficient in 10 keys; strong Excel skills; quick learner of new applications and systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned portfolio of complex client accounts.
• Perform tasks related to collections processes and procedures.
• Research/respond to billing or payment inquiries within established turnaround times; escalate as needed.
• Work with third party administrators, brokers and/or clients to reconcile accounts receivable.
• Facilitate conference calls or meetings with internal and external parties.
• Prepare monthly and other requested ad hoc reporting.
• Provide internal and external customer service.
