Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative to support billing, collections, and census applications for a portfolio of complex client accounts. The role emphasizes error-free invoicing, data analysis, and timely issue resolution, with dual training for cash-related tasks.

Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, generating special charge invoices, researching payment issues, and producing standard and ad hoc reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years work experience in billing, accounting, or collections
• Proficient in 10-key with speed and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of MS applications and Excel
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex client accounts
• Perform collections processes and procedures
• Research billing or payment inquiries within established turnaround times
• Reconciling accounts receivable with third party administrators, brokers or clients
• Facilitate conference calls or meetings with internal and external parties
• Extensive research related to member eligibility and rate variances
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
• Provide internal and external customer service
