Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or 4+ years with an Associate degree, or 6+ years without a degree
Senior: 4+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with an Associate degree or 8+ years without a degree

Responsibilities

Provides subject matter technical expertise and guidance in problem identification, analysis and resolution.
Works in a team environment and collaborates across multiple groups to accomplish goals.
Ensures achievement of business goals through planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring work activities.
Independently reviews and prepares technical reports, correspondence, calculations and sketches.
Conducts engineering and related studies.
Strives to continually improve job-related knowledge and performance.
Develops positive working relationships and maintains records and files.
Represents the company positively and professionally; coaches and mentors others.
Coaches and mentors other Engineering Technologists and Engineers.
