Qualifications

• SECRET clearance required.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Must solve complex engineering problems and explain decisions clearly to the team.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments with frequent updates.
• Ability to provide accurate work/time estimates and ask questions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install equipment or parts requiring simple wiring, soldering, or connections.
• Replace components and wiring in circuits as needed.
• Repair simple electronic equipment.
• Take test readings using DMMs, signal generators, testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes.
• Perform assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed.
• Select or adapt standard procedures or equipment using applicable precedents.
• Receive instructions and guidance from supervisor or engineer as needed.
• Perform recurring work independently.
• Construct components, subunits, or simple models as required.
• Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions.
