Responsibilities

• Develops, writes and edits material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instructions, books, catalogs and related technical publications.
• Acts as supervisor to other Technical Writers.
• Observes production, development and experimental activities to determine procedures and details.
• Interviews production and engineering personnel and reviews journals and reports to learn product technologies and methods.
• Organizes material and completes writing assignments according to standards of order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.
• Reviews published materials and recommends revisions in scope, format, content, and methods.
