Job summary

Parsons in Denver seeks an experienced Senior Engineering Technician to join our Federal Solutions team. The role focuses on logging and processing submittals, coordinating with PMs, REs, and field representatives, and moving technical documents through engineering channels.

You will manage the Project Extranet, deliverables within set review times, and liaise with contractor teams while leveraging USACE information systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in applying complex engineering methods and testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Receives and logs incoming submittals
• Communicates with PM, RE, and construction representatives about submittal progress
• Forwards drawings and submittals to the proper engineering personnel
• Organizes and files all engineering/technical documents
• Gives presentations; maintains ProjNet database
• Contacts PMs about review completion
• Acts as a contractor liaison
• Delivers submittals to PMs and RE
• Uses USACE automated information systems
• All deliverables provided within established review times (typically 10 days or less)
