Job summary

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Project Engineer to join our Federal Solutions team in Colorado. You will coordinate engineering, scope, budget, scheduling, procurement, construction, and start-up for mid-size projects, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with contract requirements.

You will manage sub-tasks, develop work scopes and budgets, monitor progress, review procurement and subcontract activities, and mentor assigned staff while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of related field engineering experience or broad general engineering background.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field) required.

Responsibilities

• Integrates engineering, scope, budget, scheduling, procurement and start-up aspects for medium-size projects.
• May manage a subtask of a larger project per contractual obligations.
• Ensure technical excellence of engineering functions and coordinate disciplines.
• Develops scope, schedules and budgets; monitor progress to meet schedule and budget.
• Reviews change orders and procurement actions; coordinate with procurement and subcontracts.
