The candidate will lead sub-tasks, coordinate with teams, and mentor junior technicians. Strong project leadership and hands-on testing expertise are required to maximize range performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or equivalent with high school diploma.
• Certifications related to T&E equipment are desirable.
• Nine years of nonroutine, complex project experience in T&E preferred.
• Extensive design and development expertise for T&E equipment and setups.

Responsibilities

• Lead range operations sub-tasks and test preparation.
• Support test execution and mission areas across ROC, safety, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with related activities to resolve problems and align work.
• Review and integrate the technical work of others for quality.
• Manage data-driven recommendations to improve processes.
• Train lower-level technicians and ensure adherence to standards.
• Design, develop, and construct major range equipment units or devices.
• Plan tests to evaluate equipment performance and adjust as needed.
