• Strong data collection, documentation, and communication of results.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with engineers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute precision assembly/manufacturing processes for implantable components.
• Prototype, build, test, and improve manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
• Set up, operate, modify, and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Conduct engineering and feasibility builds with data collection and issue resolution.
• Create process documentation and training materials to support maturation.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners for pilot builds and process transfers.
