Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics or related field.
• 3+ years of technician experience; higher education can substitute for experience.
• In absence of a degree, minimum 5 years related experience required.
• Ability to read/me understand mechanical and electrical drawings, diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Ability to work with standard lab test equipment and power tools.
• Advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of complex systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot RF and Digital circuitry to component level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly and construction of complex electronic, mechanical, and optical systems.
• Perform and oversee advanced troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
• Conduct precise calibration and testing of devices.
• Analyze and interpret test results; provide detailed reports and recommendations.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Collaborate with engineers on R&D projects.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies to identify failed components.
